That I understand the first annual membership fees shall be prorated and from the subsequent year the membership fees shall be collected online through my bank account linked to the payment for which I shall have no objection.
That I will not make public any information with regard to the internal matters of the GOPIO Chapter(s), which is confidential to the members of the Chapter only.
That I will act in a professional manner in dealing with all the works of the Chapter.
That I will not enter into any gossip or any discussion about the activities of the association with any third party that could in any way be considered defamatory by the Chapter or GOPIO higher authorities.
That the confidential information is and will remain the property of GOPIO.
That I will use confidential information solely for the purpose of performing my duties and responsibilities on the Committee and will not use the confidential information or any part of it otherwise.

All technical, business, commercial and all other information, documents which are divulged or provided by the GOPIO or by another person on behalf of GOPIO, whether in writing or otherwise, to the Member concerning or in connection with the Committee.
All confidential information including, but not limited to: trade secrets, confidential know-how relating to GOPIO from time to time.
All other confidential information and know-how of which you become aware or generate in the course of, or in connection with, your membership of the Committee.

That in the instance of the disapproval of any fresh applications, where the membership fees have already been paid, the paid fees shall be refunded as per the applicable norms.
That in the event of premature termination of membership owing to the Gopio’s laws and regulations within legal boundaries I shall have no say about the decision. Likewise in the event of cancelation of my membership for personal and other reasons, the management shall not have any say about my cancellation.
That in the event of cancelation of my membership a prior notification regarding the same must be forwarded by me via email so that the further renewal and collection of online annual membership fees shall be deactivated accordingly.
