This is a one-hour Yoga practice session which includes Breathing exercise, Joints loosening, Loosening exercises, Yoga postures, Relaxation & Pranayama. This session is good for all ages who are interested to start Yoga practice for good health.
With an immense passion for yoga she has been practicing the art since 2018. Having done the YICC - 200 hrs Yoga teacher training from Vyasayoga Singapore recently, she is eager to render services in seva and samnvay and contribute towards the betterment of the society and human race.
