Curing bone and joint pain - Holistic approach

People from different walks of life with varying ages expect to have unhindered ADL (activities of daily living) as well as sporting activities. With increasing internet-related awareness, there remains a constant need to address sports-related injuries as well as activity-related pain in the joints and bones of patients. The treatment of bone and joint pain will require a holistic approach to facilitate in optimal clinical recovery. The purpose of this talk will be to address in detail the pathophysiology of joint pain as well as the different modalities that are available for treating these conditions. Various treatment options are inclusive of medication, physiotherapy, dietary lifestyle, home-based exercises and in severe conditions to consider surgical intervention. A detailed discussion would be done on the different facets of treatment including the applications of artificial intelligence in modern technology in further alleviating the patients’ symptoms.
